TERMS OF SERVICE

FlashMMO provides an automation scripting system (scripts/automation tools) designed to help users optimize repetitive tasks on social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, YouTube).

• Our products are technological support tools, engineered to run automatically based on the input data configured by the user.
• While FlashMMO is compatible with various browsers, we do not provide social media accounts (VIA, Clone) or proxies/IPs to users.

When using FlashMMO, you commit to and take full responsibility for the following:

• Legality: You must not use FlashMMO tools for illegal purposes, scams, distributing malware, harmful spam, or harassing others.
• Platform Compliance: You are solely responsible for researching and complying with the Community standards of Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and YouTube.
• Account Security: You are responsible for securing your own FlashMMO account. You shall be liable for all script configurations and operations executed through your account.

Due to the nature of the MMO (Make Money Online) industry and automation tools, we disclaim liability in the following cases:

• Account Bans (Checkpoint/Ban): FlashMMO is not responsible if your social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, YouTube...) are restricted, temporarily locked, or permanently banned. The use of automation tools always carries risks from platform detection algorithms; you must understand and accept this risk.
• Business Effectiveness: We provide tools to minimize manual labor, but we do not guarantee revenue, actual engagement, or conversion rates resulting from the use of scripts (friending, post buffing, group commenting, etc.).
• Third-Party Service Disruptions: If Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms update their algorithms or User Interface (UI) causing scripts to temporarily malfunction, FlashMMO will endeavor to fix it as quickly as possible (tool update), but we are not liable for compensation for this downtime.

• Payment: Users are required to pay in advance to activate product packages (such as FB SmartPro, monthly/yearly licenses).
• Refunds: Due to the digital/software nature of the product, FlashMMO applies a No Refund policy once the service has been successfully activated on the system, except in cases of prolonged server-side system errors from FlashMMO that prevent you from accessing the service entirely.

All source code, scripts, software interfaces, logos, and instructional documentation on FlashMMO are our exclusive property.

• You are granted a License to use the service according to the purchased package.
• Any acts of copying, reverse engineering, cracking, sharing, or reselling FlashMMO scripts in any form without prior written consent are strictly prohibited.

FlashMMO reserves the right to permanently lock accounts, revoke software licenses without a refund if a user is found to:

• Intentionally sabotage, crack the system, or engage in unauthorized account/key sharing.
• Use the system to perform serious illegal acts.
• Engage in defamatory or insulting behavior toward the support team or actions that negatively impact the reputation of the FlashMMO brand.

FlashMMO reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms of service at any time to reflect operational changes. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
